  6. Xing Technology Corporation Software License Agreement

  8. Xing Technology Corporation's StreamWorks Client Software and Documentation,
  9. hereinafter"the softwareare subject to the following licensing
  10. agreement.  By installing the software, you are implicitly accepting these
  11. terms and conditions:

  13. 1. The software is protected by copyright law and international treaty
  14. provisions.  You must not allow copies to be made and distributed to anyone
  15. else.  You may make backup copies for archival purposes only.  All printed
  16. materials are also protected by copyright law and may not be copied,
  17. distributed, or reproduced in whole or in part without the prior written
  18. consent of Xing Technology Corporation.

  20. 2. The software is licensed for use on a single computer.  You may delete the
  21. licensed software from one computer and reinstall it on another, but you may
  22. not install the software on more than one computer at any given time without
  23. prior written permission of Xing Technology Corporation.

  25. 3. The software may not be rented, leased, or in any other manner
  26. redistributed without prior written permission of Xing Technology
  27. Corporation.  The software may not be reverse engineered, decompiled, or
  28. disassembled.  Reproduction and/or redistribution of any portion of the
  29. software is specifically prohibited in the absence of a separate written
  30. agreement with Xing Technology Corporation.

  32. 4. While every effort is made to ensure that the software and its
  33. documentation are free from defect, Xing Technology Corporation, its
  34. distributors, dealers, and employees shall not be held responsible for
  35. any loss of profit or any other commercial damage, including but not limited
  36. to special, incidental, consequential, or other damages occasioned by the use
  37. of the software.
